RETURNS

At the Studio Life Store, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the equipment you have purchased, you may return it to us under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You must initiate your return within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging, parts, and accessories.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-returnable Items

  • Special orders, customized items, and products sold "as is" or marked as non-returnable.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us

    • Please contact our customer service team at info@studiolife.store to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization

    • Our team will review your return request and, if it meets our return criteria, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package.

  3. Packaging Your Return

    • Repackage the items in the original manufacturer's packaging and ensure they are secured to prevent damage during transit. Include all original contents of the package.

  4. Shipping

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

    • Send your return to the address provided along with your Return Authorization Number.

  5. Refund Processing

    • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

    • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange an item, please follow the same process as above. Specify in your initial contact that you would like an exchange, and indicate the item you wish to receive.
